In the unlikely event that your vehicle needs repair due to an accident or dirt, regardless of the extent of the damage or the time required for repair, we will charge you a Loss of Business Charge (NOC), including the cost of the vehicle being brought to the workshop for repairs and loss of business during that period.

If an accident occurs, please follow the steps below:
Move the vehicle to a safe location to avoid further accidents.
Please help rescue the injured.
Report the accident to the police.
Please check the other person's situation.
Please call us.
Do not settle on the spot. If you do, your insurance will no longer apply and you will have to pay the full amount.

If you receive a parking violation ticket, you must go to the local police station to complete the necessary procedures and pay the fine before returning.
When returning the vehicle, please present the "Traffic Violation Notice" and the "Payment Slip/Receipt" showing the payment date.
If you do not present the "Traffic Violation Notice" or "Delivery Note/Receipt Certificate" when returning the vehicle, you will be required to pay a parking violation fee of 30,000 yen.
* After paying the fine at a later date and presenting the "traffic law violation notice" and the "payment slip/receipt" showing the payment date to the return shop, the remaining balance will be returned. The refund will be deposited into the designated account. (The bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)
*If we receive an order to pay a parking violation fee, or if the customer fails to pay the required fee in full by the due date specified by our company, we will report it to the Rental Car Association, and rental car companies that are members of the association may stop providing rental car services to that customer in the future.
There is no limit on mileage.
If you wish to bring a pet, please call us in advance to apply. When making a reservation, please be sure to tell us that you will be bringing a pet. In addition, if you do not apply in advance, we will be unable to lend you a pet even if you have made a reservation, so please be sure to apply in advance.
